General Hospital RECAP Friday, October 12: Nelle Spars With Carly And Michael; Brad Panics

General Hospital (GH) recap for Friday, October 12, 2018, reveals Carly (Laura Wright) and Michael (Chad Duell) are at court for Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) trial. Michael is surprised Nelle took a not guilty plea.

Nelle’s Trial Begins

Carly tells Michael that Nelle will claim it was all one big mistake. Carly tells Michael the evidence is on their side. Carly tells Michael not to get angry on the stand, don’t let the jury see how much we hate Nelle. Nelle tells Michael they will always have a connection through the loss of their child. Carly tries to calm Michael down, and Michael agrees with what she says to Nelle. Michael tells Nelle that Jonah is gone and she is nothing to him. Nelle has something important to tell Michael that will change everything.

Michael tells Nelle he doesn’t want to hear any lie she has to tell him. Michael tells Nelle to change her plea to guilty. Chase (Josh Swickard) joins everyone outside the courtroom. Chase tells Nelle to cry all she wants because she is going to get herself convicted. Nelle accuses Chase of setting her up. Chase apologizes to Michael and Carly for not being there sooner. Brad shows up at the courthouse with the baby. Nelle sees Brad and calls out to him.

Kristina Feels Lost

General Hospital’s Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is at Kelly’s with Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth). Kristina wants to talk about Sam and Jason. Kristina goes to get coffee for Brad (Parry Shen). Brad talks about wanting to take the baby out of the country. Sam says Brad seems off somehow.

Kristina is meeting friends and leaves. Alexis says Kristina won’t apply herself to her future. Alexis wants to sit Kristina down and give her ideas about her future. Kristina and Valerie Brytni Sarpy) meet up and discuss her exam. Kristina is jealous of Valerie’s achievements. Valerie tells Kristina she needs to give herself a break. Kristina tells Valerie everyone else is excelling and she feels lost. Kristina doesn’t know which way to turn in her career path.

Jordan Apologizes To Valerie

General Hospital’s Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) and Chase celebrate Valerie’s promotion with her. After some teasing Jordan pays for the meal, Kristina speaks to Valerie for a minutes and leaves. Valerie seems shocked that Kristina rushed off so quickly. Jordan asks if Chase and Valerie are doing ok, Valerie says they are.

Jordan apologizes for how she handled the Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) situation. Valerie tells Jordan she is a mentor and a role model. Curtis (Donnell Turner) arrives and congratulates Valerie on her promotion and her on their engagement.

Aiden’s Teacher Needs To Meet Liz

General Hospital’s Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco (Roger Howarth) are talking to Aiden (Jason David) about school. Liz is concerned about what is going on with Aiden. Franco tries to tell Liz that Aiden misses his brother’s. Liz finds a letter from Aiden’s teacher. Franco tries to get Aiden to tell them what is going on at school. Liz is upset that Aiden didn’t give her the letter. The teacher wants to meet to discuss Aiden.

Nina Confides In Valentin

General Hospital’s Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) pays Curtis for his services. Curtis tells Valentin that Sasha (Sophie Mattsson) and Nina (Michelle Stafford) are together right now. Curtis and Valentin discuss Nina and Sasha’s meeting.

Curtis warns Valentin to stop his plans to win Nina back. Valentin joins Nina and asks how the meeting with Sasha went. Nina tells Valentin that Sasha believes her adoptive mother is her mother. Nina tells Valentin that she is disappointed in herself. Nina tells Valentin she did everything wrong. Nina tells Valentin she doesn’t want to lose her daughter again.

Nina Goes Overboard

General Hospital’s Nina and Sasha are talking about the things they like. Nina shows Sasha her necklace and asks if she has the other half of it. Sasha doesn’t have the necklace and hasn’t seen one. Sasha and her mother were always close. Nina invites Sasha to Paris, but she declines.

Sasha wanted closure; she doesn’t want a relationship with Nina. Nina unintentionally insults Sasha’s adoptive mother. Nina begs Sasha to talk to her and tells her she remembers all the plans she made for her. Nina wants to start over tomorrow. Nina wants Sasha to at least stay for breakfast. Nina asks Sasha if she doesn’t owe herself to get to know her. Sasha agrees to see Nina in the morning.
