General Hospital News: Maura West Introduces Her New Family Member

General Hospital’s Ava Jerome has some pretty questionable parenting skills on the ABC soap opera.  However, the character’s portrayer Maura West is a super mom.

Maura West is the proud mom of five children.  And, her oldest son is even becoming a star in his own right and recently appeared in a Broadway show.

We’re sure that Maura’s house is pretty full, but she managed to find room for one more adorable family member.  The General Hospital fan favorite took to Instagram and announced that she got her kids a Bengal cat for Christmas this year, and they named her Evita!
