Days of Our Lives RECAP Thursday, June 28: Leo Under Pressure, Chad Gets A Stern Warning

“Days Of Our Lives” (DOOL) recap for Thursday, June 28, 2018,  kicks off with Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) taking Stefan (Tyler Christopher) the pictures of Leo (Greg Rikaart) with Kate (Lauren Koslow).

Kayla Lies To Steve About The Bionic Eye

Stefan agrees that Leo is messed up in the lawsuit. Stefan asks Kayla if she heard Kate and Leo say anything. Kayla says Kate and Leo are trying to bring down Titan, Stefan knows just how to use that information.

Stefan tells Kayla about Vivian (Louise Sorel) knowing Leo but not knowing the connection. Kayla stops Stefan from calling Steve (Stephen Nichols) about the bionic eye. Kayla explains to Stefan that Steve won’t accept anything from him because of Abby.

Kayla tells Stefan that Steve can never know he was involved in this. Stefan says he has a solution. Stefan tells Kayla about his idea and she agrees. Kayla doesn’t like that Sonny (Freddie Smith) doesn’t even get cleared.

Kayla says Steve would never forgive her for this. Kayla leaves to meet with Steve. Kayla tells Steve another company has the prototype now. Steve agrees for Kayla to try and get him on the list for the bionic eye.

Kate Demands Leo Accept The Offer

Days of Our Lives’ Kate tells Leo the lawsuit is no longer in her best interest. Kate tells Leo she is going to take Stefan down. Kate tells Leo he is to accept this offer from Sonny’s lawyers and be happy with it. Leo argues and Kate tells him he should be grateful for what he has.

Kate tells Leo that Sonny will still be under a cloud of suspicion. Leo tells Kate he won’t accept this deal. Kate tells Leo that she calls the shots, he threatens to turn her into the police. Leo threatens to go on with the lawsuit himself.

Leo also thinks he can get Sonny to give him money for talking. Kate tells Leo it will never happen, he has nothing but this option. Leo refuses to sign, he needs to think about it, Kate tells him to think fast. Kate gets an envelope with a picture of her and Leo, Stefan wants to talk. Meanwhile, Leo texts Sonny and asks for a meeting.

Chad And Steve Discuss Abby And Revenge

Days Of Our Lives’ Chad (Billy Flynn) is on the phone talking about Titan, Steve calls to him. Steve tells Chad he must be happy because Abby (Marci Miller) is back. Chad thinks Abby is almost back to her old self, Steve tells him she was upset earlier.

Steve asks about Chad’s job at Titan. Chad tells Steve that Victor had to fire Sonny. Steve can’t believe Victor hired a Dimera. Steve tells Chad that Abby said she was getting a cold.

Chad tells Steve they are all overprotective. Steve tries to talk Chad out of revenge, it’s not a good thing. Chad tells Steve he needs to do this. Steve tells Chad to be careful. Chad goes to look for Abby.

Abby And Gabi Keep A Secret From Chad

Days of Our Lives’ Abby tells Gabi (Camille Banus) the pregnancy test is positive. Abby says if this baby is Stefan’s it will ruin everything, Gabi advises her not to tell him.

Gabi tells Abby she needs to get a paternity test and tell Chad when she gets the results. Abby asks what if the baby is Stefan’s. Abby wants to blame Stefan but she can’t because she alters made choices she has to live with. Abby apologizes to Gabi again.

Gabi Tells Chad She Is Working For Stefan

Chad joins Abby and Gabi and wants to know what is going on with them. Chad tells Abby and Gabi about Ben being released. Chad tells Abby and Gabi that he got rid of Ben, he won’t be back to Salem. Abby tells Chad there’s something she needs to tell him.

Gabi tells Chad about going to work for Stefan again, to keep Abby from telling him about the baby. Chad wants Gabi to work for him at Titan, she refuses. Chad gets a phone call and walks away. Abby thanks Gabi for interrupting. Abby tells Gabi they need to get DNA samples from both of Chad and Stefan. Abby and Gabi make a pact to keep this between them.

Hope Has A APB Poster Of Ben Made

Days Of Our Lives’ Hope (Kristian Alfonso) is walking the floor, Rafe (Galen Gering) comes in and tell her Tripp (Lucas Adams) called. Hope tells Rafe she thinks Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) has Ciara (Victoria Konefal). Rafe wants to know why Hope believes Caira is with Ben.

Hope shows Rafe the list of facilities that issue those boots.   Hope also tells Rafe where Chad dropped Ben off. Rafe tells Hope they need to get all the facts on Ben. Ben has to get his medication and check in with his doctors, everyone is looking for him.

Hope wonders why Ciara would stay with Ben. Rafe calls Stateville and Jordan (Chrisell Stause), no one has heard from Ben. Rafe and Hope are both worried about Ciara, but Marlena (Deidre Hall) said he was ok. Hope if afraid of a relapse. Hope has an APB put out for Ben.

Ben And Ciara Continue To Connect

Days of Our Lives’ Ben has dinner cooking, Ciara wants a shower. Ben has an idea since Ciara can’t get her splint wet. Ben gives Ciara a pan of water to take a sponge bath and agrees to wash her shirt. Ben loans Ciara one of his shirts until hers dries.

Ciara calls Ben back in and he washes her feet for her.   Ciara laughs, she can’t believe she is getting a sponge bath from the bowtie killer. Ciara and Ben joke about how Hope would react to this.   Ben tickles Ciara’s foot and she kicks him backward.

Ciara is worried that she hurt Ben, he says he’s fine. Ciara thanks Ben for his help, turns out he is the one who needed protection. Ciara doesn’t think she needs the knife anymore, she’s starting to trust Ben. Ben takes his last pill and gives Ciara her dinner. Ciara asks Ben to play some music off his phone. Ben and Ciara talk as they enjoy their meal.
