Jacqueline is expecting her first child, a baby boy. Her maternity leave should begin around February as she gets ready for the birth of her baby. The actress revealed that to prepare for her maternity leave, B&B arranged for her to tape her scenes in advance. She hopes that will make the impact of her absence less felt on the show.

Less Steffy Forrester Scenes Coming

In preparation for Wood’s maternity leave, Bold and the Beautiful will show less Steffy scenes. They believe it will get the fans used to seeing less of Steffy and to focus on other characters. She will return in the spring to a fresh new storyline.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Steffy Not Leaving Town

There was some speculation that Steffy would leave town after Hope’s baby is born, but it looks like that is not true. She will stay in Los Angeles and working at Forrester Creations. They will likely talk about her on the show to create the illusion she is busy elsewhere.
