The Young and the Restless alum Michael Muhney, formerly known as Adam Newman recently sat down for a candid interview on a podcast.  If you follow Michael Muhney on social media then you are aware that he is an avid cyclist, the soap star sat down with fellow cyclist Phil Gaimon for an exciting new interview and discussed his acting career, personal life, and mistakes he has made in the past.

During his Podcast chat Muhney teased, “I can look back and realize that I made mistakes.  I was this guy that should have just known better.”
