General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle Lied To Police, Is Michael Her Next Victim? Black Widow Strikes Again?

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Michael might in fact be Nelle’s next victim or so the new GH promo suggests. A new teaser trailer suggests Michael can’t ignore the fact that Nelle lied to the police. He stood by her and even tried to prove her innocence. But now that the truth is coming out, there’s a strong possibility that Nelle might turn the tables on Michael.

Sonny, Carly and the rest of the family have long had their doubts about Nelle, who they believed murdered her fiancé, Zachary Grant. Michael and Nelle have been arguing now more than ever, mostly over a huge engagement ring misunderstanding. He also realizes that Nelle is the first person who has something that’s gone missing. He’s having a hard time trusting her and is beginning to side with his parents and grandmother as his own suspicions begin to mount.

Michael is beginning to form a plan, but is uncertain on whether he wants to move forward with it. He doesn’t want to raise a red flag or worse, make Nelle suspicious. If the allegations against Nelle are true, then Michael knows his life will be in danger. What’s more, an unexpected incident leaves Nelle panicking that someone might expose a secret from her past.

Meanwhile, Michael realizes that he can’t dismiss Carly and Bobbie’s allegations anymore without looking into things himself. While some viewers believe that Nellie is innocent, others believe that there’s a dark side to her that will get exposed soon enough. Michael will soon learn information from Cutis that will make him more and more worried about his future. Fans will definitely have to tune in to see what will happen next!
