General Hospital spoilers and comings and goings confirm that Ian Buchanan is returning to GH this week as fan favorite Duke Lavery.  Duke’s name has been coming up quite a bit on the ABC soap opera since Tonja Walker arrived as Liv Jerome, and revealed her sick obsession with the late Duke.
