General Hospital Recasts Leo Falconeri, Pressly James Crosby Joins Cast!

General Hospital spoilers and comings and goings reveal that the ABC soap opera has recast the role of Julian Jerome [William deVry] and Olivia Falconeri’s [Lisa LoCicero] son Leo.

If you were tuning in to General Hospital during the December 6 episode, you may have noticed that little Leo looked much older than his last appearance.

According to General Hospital’s casting news, talented young actor Pressly James Crosby is now playing the role.  We’re excited to welcome him to the GH family!
