General Hospital Recap Monday March 20: Valentin and Anna Exchange Words – CarSon Break-up Looms – Finn’s In Trouble

Monday  March 20 episode of General Hospital begins with Dr. Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) stopping by Anna’s (Finola Hughes) house to visit. Andre updates her on Valentin’s custody hearing. Anna updates Andre on Liv Jerome (Tonja Walker). Anna mentions losing the baby due to Liv’s actions. Seeing Liv opened up old wounds and she didn’t get closure. Duke never loved Liv. Can’t force love and Anna wishes Valentin (James Patrick Stewart) understood that too. Andre suggests Anna steer clear of Valentin and leaves.

Valentin, Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Charlotte (Scarlet Fernandez) are at the Metro Court celebrating the custody hearing. Lulu (Emme Ryan) and Laura (Genie Francis) walk in and sit at a table.

Nina suggests she and Charlotte go upstairs to her office to get some cookies out of a basket a company had sent her. Papa will meet them in a few minutes after he pays the bill.

Laura advises Lulu not to let the anger get the best of her. Valentin, Nina, and Charlotte start to walk past them. Laura asks Charlotte how her meal was. Charlotte replies. Nina and Charlotte leave to go upstairs. Valentin starts to talk to Lulu but she shuts him down immediately.

Lulu tells him to get the hell out and leave her alone. Valentin realizes it will take the court two weeks to make the visiting arrangements but he is offering a time next Thursday. Laura agrees to the visit and suggests Lulu be patient and play the long game. Laura feels if things play out like she thinks; Valentin will get what’s coming to him.

Charlotte is picking out cookies in Nina’s office when Valentin’s arrive. Nina mentions Mrs. Evans will pick her up soon. Valentin asks Nina if he’ll see her at home tonight. Nina mentions Anna. Valentin says she won’t be a problem anymore. Nina says then she’ll be home tonight. He leaves. Nina gets a call from Mrs. Evans. She has to take care of his ill sister and won’t be able to continue as Charlotte’s Nanny.

Valentin’s visit’s Anna telling her, his wife and daughter are the only things that matter to him. He warns Anna if she persists, he’ll remove her for good.

Carly (Laura Wright) arrives to Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) house to discuss what’s going on between them and what do they do next. Carly mentions losing Morgan was the worse thing that has happened to her. She understands how he was vulnerable to Nelle the night he slept with her. Sonny doesn’t understand why she can’t get past it. Carly and Sonny admit they still love each other. Carly feels she can’t come back this time and leaves.

Nelle (Chloe Lanier) arrives to Metro Court carrying a garment bag. Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) stops her and wonders how she is able to live with herself. Nelle blames Bobbie for this train wreck. Bobbie throws Nelle out of the restaurant.

Nelle arrives at Nina’s office to give her back the dress. Nina is on the phone as Charlotte is asking for help with a puzzle.  Nelle walks over and helps Charlotte. Nina finishes the call and tells Nelle she could have kept the dress. Nelle explains she and Carly parted ways because it was the right time. Nina mentions Mrs. Evans had to quit. Nelle asks if she can be the nanny.

Finn is at his apartment on the phone trying to secure a bed for in a drug rehab facility. Finn is put on hold and tells Roxie that Joss will be taking care of her while he’s gone. He finds a vial of Zen Zen in his suitcase. Finn gets a return call they have a bed available and ask for the patient’s name. Finn replies the patient changed their mind and hangs up. He runs to the desk drawer and accidentally drops the vial on the floor.

Tracy (Jane Elliott) informs Hayden (Rebecca Budig) that the pharmaceutical company sent their first payment. Tracy asks about Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Hayden explains he took a leave of absence to deal with his drug addiction. Tracy thinks Hayden should be helping Finn. Hayden explains he wants to do this solo. Tracy leaves and goes to Finn’s room. She finds the door open and the broken vial on the floor but no Finn.
