General Hospital News: Emme Rylan Pregnancy Update [Photos]

General Hospital star Emme Rylan’s character Lulu Falconeri is currently fighting for custody of her daughter Charlotte on the ABC soap.  But, in real life, Emme is pregnant with baby number three, a girl.  Sadly, the GH writers won’t be writing her pregnancy in to upcoming storylines.

Emme Rylan has been keeping GH fans updated with her pregnancy on social media since the very beginning.  The pregnant actress and mom revealed on Instagram that she is currently vacationing in Las Vegas, baby bump and all.  Emme posted some adorable new baby bump pics and explained that she is already in her third trimester!  She joked, “No I’m not about to go into labor. Yes the belly will get even bigger. Yes it is unimaginable.”
