Kellie Bright gave birth to Gene in November 2016, he’s the actress’ second child. However Kellie revealed that Gene’s birth wasn’t exactly smooth sailing, and the poor infant was hooked up to a ventilator after he was born and it was a few days before Kellie and her family could take him home.

Bright is currently on maternity leave from the BBC1 soap opera, however she has already reassured her fans that Linda Carter will be back in Walford and her leave is far from permanent.
