Memorial Day 2017 Soap Preemption Schedule: Y&R, DOOL, GH, and Bold

The month of May is winding down, and Memorial Day will fall on Monday May 29 this year.  So, what does this mean for our favorite soaps: The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, General Hospital, and Days of Our Lives.

DOOL spoilers indicate that the NBC soap opera will be preempted on Monday May 29, and instead of Days of Our Lives, the network will be airing the French Open.

According to General Hospital’s schedule, an episode of GH will air on May 29, however it will be a re-run.  If you missed Tracy Quartermaine’s special farewell episode, then set your DVR!

CBS soap fans can rest easy, B&B and Y&R will NOT be preempted on Memorial day and all new episodes of the soap operas will air on May 29.
