Labor Day 2017 Soap Opera Preemption Schedule

Labor Day 2017 falls on Monday September 4 and the official American holiday will affect our daytime TV schedules.  While some soaps will air uninterrupted, others will air encores and other programs.

Days Of Our Lives will not air at all on NBC on September 4, instead the network will be covering the PGA tournament.

ABC will be airing an episode of General Hospital on Monday, however it will be a re-run.

CBS has announced that The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless will be unaffected by Labor Day festivities and both soaps will be airing all new episodes on September 4.

On Tuesday September 5 all soap operas will resume their regular schedules.
