General Hospital spoilers for Friday April 21 reveal that it isn’t quite a happy family reunion for Julian Jerome (William deVry) and his sister, Ava Jerome (Maura West). The two have always had a particularly close relationship, both putting themselves in very dangerous situations to save the other from rival mobsters and the law, but Ava may have just about reached her limit on bailing her brother out of trouble. She doesn’t look too thrilled to be sitting across from Julian at the PCPD.

“Why shouldn’t I return the favor?” she asks, referencing the not so long ago time that Julian let her sit in jail for a crime that he knew she did not commit in order to protect himself and his family.
Will Ava feel sympathy for Julian and scheme to help him evade prosecution yet again or has she had enough of Julian’s unpredictable antics? When the Jeromes are at odds with each other, things have the potential to escalate quickly.
General Hospital spoilers tease that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has some explaining to do.
Her daughter, Samantha Morgan (Kelly Monaco) doesn’t buy that Julian took her hostage as he suggested to the PCPD and is demanding to know what really happened between her parents in the hotel room.
Will Alexis confess that she gave into her feelings for Julian and was willing to let him skip town? Will she be angry that Sam called the police on her father or accept that it was done out of love and concern?
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) were thrilled at the news that Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) plan to have Jax sent to prison for illegally obtaining a kidney failed. However, their celebration was cut short by the arrival the same immigration officer who visited the Quartermaine Mansion.
General Hospital spoilers indicate that Jax is no longer welcome in this country and that he needs to immediately leave with immigration. This is no doubt connected to a phone call that Sonny made earlier asking for a favor, as Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) questions him on how he is so sure that Jax is going to leave town.
Carly and Jax’s daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was already furious that Sonny turned her father into the police. She will be absolutely devastated if he gets deported. Carly would never forgive Sonny for intentionally hurting her daughter that way.
This isn’t the first time that we’ve seen a Sonny and Jax showdown and it never ends well. Will Josslyn be the next family member to end up as collateral damage from Sonny’s obsessive need to seek revenge?
