EastEnders Spoilers: Whitney Carter Leaving Walford For Good Or Will She Return?

Smooching with your father-in-law would make any girl want to leave town, and on “EastEnders,” tearful Whitney does just that. Has she left Albert Square for good? And, where exactly does one go after such a life-altering event?

Whitney’s life was in a shambles before she and Mick kissed, but now that the deed has been done, it’s served as the final straw in her troubled existence in Walford.

Of course this isn’t the first time the two have shared an illicit interaction.

After the epic bus crash that shook the residents of Walford, she came on to him after her brush with death. Unfortunately, Mick is married to Linda, and Whitney is married to their oldest child, Lee.

When Mick recently returned to town after a trip to help his injured daughter, he told Whitney that he couldn’t stop thinking about her. Vulnerable Whitney gave in to temptation, and the rest is history.

For some reason, Mick told his mother Shirley about the sordid encounter, and she wasted no time in tearing into the young woman. As if the shame of her actions weren’t enough to shoulder, Shirley informed Whitney that Mick would never choose her over Linda. Ouch.

Now that Whitney has packed her bags, is she better off gone from the Queen Vic and the Carters? What she doesn’t know is that Mick had a pang of conscience, and tried to find her to apologize for his behavior. The troubled man had a start when he realized that she had fled, and viewers know that she is on the tube, headed for parts unknown.

It’s unclear if Whitney has made up her mind to move on with her life, but we can reveal that there will be an explosive confrontation in the near future between Mick, Whitney and Linda.

What happens after the dramatic meeting is being kept secret, but no doubt the encounter is sure to rock the Carter family to its core.
