2017 Presidential Inauguration Soap Opera Pre-emption Schedule

On Friday, January 20th the Presidential Inauguration will be aired live across all major networks, including ABC, CBS, and NBC.

According to a press release, ‘General Hospital,’ ‘The Young and the Restless,’ ‘Days of Our Lives,’ and ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ will ALL be pre-empted for Donald Trump’s speech.  This is a national pre-emption, so no time zones will be airing new episodes.

Regular daytime programming is set to resume on Monday January 23rd.
