Weekly Soap Opera Ratings Nov 21-25: Thanksgiving Ratings Boost To Y&R, B&B, DOOL, And GHThe soap opera ratings for the week of November 21 through November 25 have been reported by Soap Opera Network. Days of Our Lives, General Hospital, The Young and the Restless and The Bold and The Beautiful, General Hospital all enjoyed an increase in total viewers Thanksgiving week. Not only did TPTB celebrate Thanksgiving, they’re also celebrating higher ratings. General Hospital, however, saw a slight decrease in the ratings in the women 18-49 demographic.

DAYS OF OUR LIVES

DOOL ratings for the week of November 21-25 celebrated an increase in both total viewers and women 18-49. The daytime drama had 2,766,000 total viewers, an increase of 62,000 in that category. Days of Our Lives also enjoyed a bump in the ratings with women viewers 18-49. A total of 408,000 viewers from this demographic tuned in. This represents a nice gain of 34,000 viewers in this category.




GENERAL HOSPITAL

GH enjoyed a bump in the ratings for total viewers for Thanksgiving week November 21-25. The soap opera had 2,766,000 total viewers which represents a gain of 50,000. That is the second week in a row that GH has seen an increase in total viewership. There was a slight decrease in the ratings in the women 18-49 demographic. With 478,000 that’s a loss of 4,000 viewers from the previous week.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL

After Soap Opera Network reported a new low in the ratings for B&B the week of November 14-18, The Bold and the Beautiful came back strong for Thanksgiving Week. For the week of November 21-25 there were 3,809,000 total viewers, a gain of 13,000 total viewers from the previous week. 501,000 women 18-49 were watching B&B which represents a gain of 47,000 in that demographic.

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS

Y&R ratings for November 21-25 were up in total viewers for the second week in a row with 4,755,000 watching. The soap opera also saw an increase in the ratings for a second week with women viewers 18-49 with 603,000 tuned in. That represents a gain of 38,000 from the previous week.
