“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, February 23, tease that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will meet with Judge Elise Moxley (Jensen Buchanan) in hopes of helping Noah (Robert Adamson). At the athletic club, Nikki says she wants Elise assigned to Noah’s case. She demands that Elise give Noah community service or else she’ll expose the affair with Victor. Elise agrees that Noah won’t go to jail.
Meanwhile, Jack (Peter Bergman) talks to a hungover Neil (Kristoff St. John) in a suite. Neil rants about Devon (Bryton James) taking Hilary (Mishael Morgan) away from him. At Summer’s (Hunter King) apartment, she tells Natalie (Mara McCaffray) that she’s going to take a shower. Natalie checks in on Victor (Eric Braeden) and Adam (Justin Hartley) through the camera feed on her computer.
Summer quickly returns and hears Adam being ordered to escort Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) out of Genoa City. Summer fears Luca will be killed, so she rushes to warn him. In Victor’s office, he tells Adam that he doesn’t plan on murdering Luca. However, he wants to make sure Luca stays away for good. Victor reminds Adam of what he could reveal about Christian. He expects Adam to comply.
Back at the athletic club, Luca is trying to bribe his guard when Summer arrives with updates. She insists Luca needs to leave Genoa City immediately and he asks for her help. Nearby, Jack opens up to Neil about Marco (Peter Bergman). Nikki stands outside the door and listens to Jack spill the story. Neil can’t believe Phyllis (Gina Togoni) was tricked into sleeping with Jack’s lookalike.
Suddenly, Nikki storms in and demands to know if it’s true. Jack admits that it is, but he wants Nikki to keep her mouth shut. Nikki apologizes for Victor’s actions and heads downstairs to find Adam at the bar. They discuss Victor’s faults and Adam confesses that he thought he could have a relationship with his father. Nikki suggests that Adam needs to be running things. She thinks this is her last chance to save her marriage. Nikki thinks she can put Adam in charge and asks if he wants to be a part of her plan.
Back in Neil’s suite, Jack talks about his love for Phyllis. It’s bigger than his desire for revenge on Victor. Jack feels Neil needs to devote his time to something that’s bigger than all the drama with Hilary and Devon. Neil is intrigued when Jack brings up the idea of a foundation for addicts and alcoholics. They agree to run it together. Meanwhile, Luca tries to make a break for it, but Adam shows up before he can get away. Adam says he’s taking him to the airport, but Luca insists that Victor wants him dead.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Stitch (Sean Carrigan) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) will share the news of their growing family with Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight). At Top of the Tower, Ashley tears up and indicates that she’s so happy about their baby. Afterwards, Dr. Neville wonders if Ashley might have any lingering feelings for Stitch. Ashley says that’s all in the past.
Stitch and Abby meet up with Max (Jared Breeze) at Crimson Lights. They show him an outfit for his little brother or sister. Stitch points out that Max used to be small enough to wear outfits like that. Max gripes that Stitch wasn’t around back then. Stitch finds a letter in Max’s backpack. He learns Max was involved in a fight at school.
Later, Ashley gets into an argument with Hilary over doing press. Hilary wants to strike while the iron is hot, but Ashley thinks it’s too soon for interviews. Hilary wants to be the face of the whole project and Ashley objects to being edged out. Devon tries to calm everyone down. He suggests that they can work through this.
Victor makes his way over to Summer’s place and threatens Natalie. She looks terrified and nervously shows Victor that her program works. Victor gives Natalie two days to sort out the last few glitches. After Victor exits, Natalie makes a phone call to Phyllis.
It looks like Natalie will have to deal with Phyllis and Billy’s (Jason Thompson) fury. Of course, that’s undoubtedly better than what she’d face if she double-crossed Victor. Stick with the CBS soap to see what’s next for Natalie.
