General Hospital coming and goings have confirmed that the part of Rocco Falconeri is now being played by the adorable little star Mason Tannous. The role was previously played by twins, Charles and Ethan Losie.

GH newcomer Mason’s proud parents took to Instagram and showed off a photo of new Rocco posing backstage with his on-screen mom Emme Rylan.
