‘Days Of Our Lives’ News: ‘AMC’ Alum Alla Korot Debuts On ‘DOOL’ As Janet Bernard – Trouble For Summer!

‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers tease that it’s about to go down next week when Alla Korot makes her official debut as Janet Bernard. So far the role is set to be short term but Janet’s presence is no longer a mystery as Korot spoke with Soap Opera Digest about her new daytime role.

In the latest issue of the SOD magazine Korot spoke of her ‘Days of Our Lives’ role, for which she is very excited. Her debut next week will be pretty interesting when she turns up in Salem on the hunt for a killer. Apparently that guy that Summer [Marie Wilson] killed named Clark and Dario [Jordi Vilasuso] helped to get rid of the body is Janet’s brother.

Janet comes to town in search of the truth, she hasn’t heard from nor seen her brother in a while and she wants to know what happened to him. “Janet is on a mission to find out what happened to her brother, she’s strong and knows what she wants. She can see through the lie very quickly and is somebody who doesn’t mess around,” she discloses to SOD. Will she ever discover what Summer did? With Marie Wilson set to exit the NBC soap opera, does Janet find out the truth and the cops arrest Summer for murder?

Korot is very thrilled to be on the NBC soap opera she spoke highly of joining the show in her discussion with SOD. Not only is she thrilled to be doing a daytime show again but to also be around some family faces like Vincent Irizarry [Deimos] and Daniel Cosgrove [Aiden], with whom she also worked with on ‘All My Children’. Will Janet cross paths with either of their characters? We will have to wait and see fans.
