‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers Monday Oct 12: Adam Gets Bail Thanks to Victor – Chloe Returns – Adam Comes To Delia’s Memorial, Billy Freaks

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, October 12, tease that Delia’s (Sophie Pollono) friends and family members will find a way to honor her memory. Meanwhile, Adam’s (Justin Hartley) bail hearing will get underway and things will work out in his favor thanks to Victor (Eric Braeden). As everyone gathers to remember Delia, Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will make a dramatic return.

At Crimson Lights, Jill (Jess Walton) and Esther (Kate Linder) discuss doing something special for Delia. They have the idea to plant a tree in the park to remember Delia on the anniversary of her death. Summer (Hunter King) and Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) agree to pick up the tree for Esther while she’s getting ready for the service. They run into some trouble when they learn the tree was given to someone else by mistake, but they manage to work it out.

While they’re having coffee, Stitch (Sean Carrigan) asks Abby (Camryn Grimes) if she’ll have dinner with him later. Abby replies that she’ll be busy with the family because of Delia, but she’d love it if Stitch would be there for her. They agree to support each other. Meanwhile, Billy (Burgess Jenkins) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) talk about how difficult this day is. Billy’s glad that Adam is in jail, but he wonders if he’ll ever really feel justice as long as Adam is alive. Jill arrives and announces the tree plans for Delia. They all agree to meet up in the park later.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Adam’s bail hearing is about to take an interesting turn. At the courthouse, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) warns Adam not to get his hopes up on making bail. Adam insists that he has to see Chelsea (Melissa Egan) and Connor (Michael and Nolan) before they leave Genoa City. Jack (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) notice Victor getting chummy with the judge. They’ll suggest that Victor bribed him to arrange bail, but Victor claims he’s just a pal.

As the hearing gets underway, Adam pleads not guilty. Christine (Laralee Bell) declares that Adam needs to stay locked up since no one will vouch for him. Victor appears and says that he’ll vouch for his son. After a passionate speech by Victor, the judge sets the bail at $10 million and orders Adam to remain in Victor’s custody. Adam tells Victor that he needs to take care of something right away. Christine gripes to Michael about the judge’s decision, but Michael thinks Adam is only a danger to himself. Michael is convinced that Adam won’t make a break for it.

At her penthouse, Chelsea argues with Anita (Catherine Bach) about her feelings for Adam. Anita wonders if she can really run away from her love, but Chelsea believes she needs to go somewhere to forget about Adam. That love doesn’t matter anymore. Kevin shows up to ask Chelsea to come to Delia’s service. Chelsea isn’t sure, but Kevin suggests that Chloe would want her there. Chelsea says she can make it.

Elsewhere, a woman in blonde wig checks the news and learns Adam has been released on bail. She slams down her laptop in rage. Later, the woman goes in Chelsea’s penthouse and hides while no one’s around. She watches as Adam arrives and wants to know where Chelsea is. Anita tells Adam that they’ve gone to the park to honor Delia. Adam heads over to find Chelsea and Connor.

At the park, Chelsea tells Billy she’s grateful for the precious gift Delia gave Connor. Things are tense because of Adam. Chelsea is allowed to stay, but she can’t mention Adam’s name. Everyone else arrives and Victor says the bail hearing went as expected. The gang mistakenly believes Adam is still locked up. Jill talks about how the tree symbolizes Delia and Billy pipes up about the promise he made to his daughter.

Suddenly, Connor looks up and says, “Daddy.” They all turn to see Adam standing there. Billy flies into a rage and the mysterious woman pops out. It’s Chloe and it’s clear that she’s not a happy camper. Y&R rumors hint that a major confrontation is about to go down. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on the big drama that lies ahead.
