‘The Young And The Restless’ Speculation: Where Is Chloe Mitchell – Never Charged With Attempting To Kill Adam Newman?

“The Young and the Restless” Monday, November 30 spoilers revealed that Billy Abbott [Burgess Jenkins] claimed to have called Chloe Mitchell [Elizabeth Hendrickson], which confused the fans. The last time Chloe was seen on the screen, she was arrested for trying to run down Adam Newman [Justin Hartley] after learning of his real identity.
The revelation sent fans in a tailspin when they put two and two together and come to the conclusion that Chloe was not arrested for nearly killing Adam Newman [Justin Hartley]. Fans immediately jump to the conclusion that she wasn’t charged because Christine Williams [Lauralee Bell] thought that she had a reason to feel like she had to take justice in her own hands. Could the most hated character [Christine] on “The Young and the Restless” have encouraged Chloe to try to kill Adam?

The writers of the show left the fans with the impression that Chloe was either sent to a mental hospital or waiting to be charged for the hit-and-run incident. Paul Williams [Doug Davidson] handcuffed her and took her away. If she isn’t in jail, was she ever charged for pulling a gun on Adam and trying to run him down?
Social media is buzzing about the possibility that someone helped her rent a car and get a gun. The short list of possibly resident who could have assisted Chloe is Billy and Christine. Many thought that Christine and Billy felt that somehow Adam would not be sent to jail, so they took matters in their own hands. Many feel Christine’s motivation was out of anger for losing her baby, and Neil [Kristoff St. John] and Nikki [Melody Thomas Scott] not being held accountable for the accident that nearly took her life.

Billy tells Chloe not to come to Genoa City and to allow the court system to handle Adam’s appeal case. He said that she agreed not to come and would allow the justice system to do their job without interfering. If she can decide NOT to come to Wisconsin, that would mean she is not in jail or in a treatment center.
Fans want to know, was Chloe arrested for her involvement in nearly killing Adam Newman? And, what was the purpose of telling fans that he spoke to her? Is it possible that Chloe will be making an appearance soon, with a baby in tow?

So Chloe is able to get away with a hit & run and Adam gets 10 years? What kind of garbage is this show serving up? I swear Y&R is awful these days. These writers are terrible.
I couldn’t agree more! It’s like the writers just sling BS out there and hope it will stick! Another issue is the open never ending storylines! I mean come on already everyone knows Adam did not kill Dee-Dee and yet they continue to forever drag the story out it is almost at the disgusting stage! They are doing the same with the whole Chloe baby story and really? No arrest for her?? Wth? These writers write totally unbelievable storylines or reinvent old ones, Enough of Marco too! But the TPTB do NOT listen to fans of course, Huge mistake
