‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) POLL: The Adam Newman Reveal – Whose Love Will Survive? VOTE!

“Young and the Restless” spoilers are heating up, and it looks like the show is going to give Marissa (Sofia Pernas) a huge storyline. Sofia Pernas revealed that when originally cast as Marissa, she wasn’t sure about being paired with Robert Adamson (Noah) on the show. You sure can’t tell she had any reservation about the pairing.

Marissa told a very pregnant, Sage (Kelly Sullivan) that she was jealous of her relationship with Nick. She said that she wished she had such a warm loving relationship. Sage told her that Noah was a wonderful man, too. She speculated that Noah loves her. Marissa did not look convinced. Marissa told Sage that she would keep her secret about the not-so-dead Adam Newman (Justin Hartley). Sage immediately freaked out. She was appalled that she would hold something over her head. Marissa explained she wasn’t doing that, she just is happy that she found happiness with Nick, after Adam Newman. Sage appreciated that Marissa could be trusted.

There have been many speculations about who will reveal that Gabriel is Adam (Justin Hartley). The circle of people that know his true identity is getting larger, and it is becoming more and more likely that someone will slip that information out, unintentionally. Sage seems on edge that Nick will find out her involvement with Adam. Does she really think that secret will stay uncovered forever? How will she explain it to him? She’d better start coming up with a pretty good excuse to why she felt inclined to help his dear half-brother, Adam Newman.

Noah seemed conflicted on how he feels about Marissa. He wants to move on with her, but he still is grieving Courtney’s (Kelli Goss) death. He asked his sister, Summer (Hunter King) how she is able to move on. She told him she missed Austin (Matthew Atkinson), but she cares for Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) very much. She noted that Austin would want her to be happy- not sad. Maybe she will help him move on and take his relationship with Marissa to the next level?
