‘The Young And The Restless’ News: Stacy Haiduk Return as Patty Williams Confirmed – Sheila Carter Coming Along Too?

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers tease that Stacy Haiduk is headed back to the CBS soap opera to play the part of Paul Williams’ quirky sister Patty Williams. According to an all new report from Soap Opera Digest, Y&R spoilers indicate that Stacy will begin filming on the set of the daytime drama in August, and her first air dates will be in September 2015.
For those of you who don’t recall Stacy Haiduk’s character Patty Williams, she aired on “The Young and the Restless” from 2009-2012. After wreaking havoc in Genoa City and tormenting numerous residents including Nick Newman and Ashley Abbott, Paul’s sister Patty was arrested for attempted murder and later moved to a mental hospital. Paul visited her at the hospital in 2012 and was shocked when the nurse informed him that someone had signed her out, and it was believed to have been Sheila Carter – which was a little bizarre seeing as how Sheila had died five years earlier.
Ironically, “The Young and the Restless” spoilers confirmed that Stacy Haiduk is returning as Patty Williams, the same week that rumors hit the internet teasing that Sheila Carter was returning from the dead. No one from Y&R has confirmed that Kimberlin Brown is headed back to Y&R – but seeing as how Patty Williams is on her way back, then it is more than likely true.

No I am NOT excited about seeing Patty or Sheila. Sheila will have Lauren spinning and Patty will what……..fall for Jack again? Oh please quit with the same old crap. Sheila is dead, leave her dead. Patty is kuku for coco puffs and serves no purpose to any story line right now. SMDH
So bring Patty back Why dose GC not have more then they need going on right now on there Plate Really it’s so played out with Patty always going after Jack or now his wife even though Phyliss can take care of herself and Patty but really Sheila she was dead Lauren has enough on her plate now with. Michael so give her more to go crazy with really Sheila was dead she was check over so how are they going to play this one off oh it’s another sister taking over Sheila so played out
no this is ridicules. I haven’t been tempted to stop watching but, if these 2 return I am done. The writers must think the viewers are stupid. The last time it was really fun to watch was when the story line was about Lilly and all the younger cast doing things that could really happen in real life. I forget the young mans name but he played the part of having diabetes on the show. Get real and stop bringing back the dead. Even Bringing John Abbot back is unrealistic.
Sheila Carter is not dead! You have to remember back when Lauren shot “Sheila” when she looked like Phyllis….she muttered “You shot the wrong one”. Then when Patty was checked out of the psychic hospital the hand writing was Sheila’s. So you are asking how can Sheila be alive…simple. The person shot by Lauren was Sugar. Remember Sugar, she had surgery to look like Sheila and she could have easily had surgery to look like Phyllis. Think back to when Lauren was locked in the farmhouse basement with “Sheila”. Lauren broke her ankle and later when “Sheila” escaped, she showed up at the police station (not limping). The Sheila look a like was arrested. (everyone including the viewers thought the person arrested was Sugar) But what if that was the real Sheila and the one that was locked in the basement with Lauren was really Sugar. Sugar then has surgery to look like Phyllis and then is shot by Lauren. She mutters “You shot the wrong one” and dies…..Everyone think Sheila is dead…..but what if, that was Sugar…..(Off camera) the person everyone thinks is Sugar is released from jail and eventually signs Patty out of the hospital. It is a perfectly believable way to really bring back Sheila Carter and played by Kimberlin Brown.
