‘The Bold And The Beautiiful’ (B&B) News: Don Diamont’s Son Zander Breaks College Football Record At Indiana Hoosiers Game

'The Bold And The Beautiiful' News (B&B): Don Diamont's Son Zander Breaks College Football Record At Indiana Hoosiers Game‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ actor Don Diamont is not the only star in his family.  The hunky actor is mostly known to CBS soap opera fans as Bill Spencer.  But, after he punches out of work and heads home – he is known as Dad.  And, what a proud dad Don Diamont is, and he should be, his equally hunky son Alexander Diamont is a huge football star at Indiana University!

Don Diamont’s son Alexander, aka “Zander,” is now a Sophomore at Indiana University, and was recruited as a back-up quarterback for the Hoosiers two years ago.  Earlier this month, Zander broke an Indiana University record and made history in a game against the number one ceded team in their division, the Ohio State Buckeyes.  Zander Diamont scored a 79 yard touchdown!  For those soap opera fans that don’t follow much football – that’s practically an entire football field.  It’s a big deal!  For obvious reasons, Zander was named the “offensive player of the game.”

Unfortunately, in the next game against Penn State – Zander Diamont was injured, and left during the middle of the game for medical attention after he hurt his surgery.  Neither his father Don Diamont not Zander have addressed the injury on social media – so it is still unclear whether or not he will be cleared to compete in the next Indiana University football game.

We may not know a whole lot about football, but we do know one thing – Zander definitely inherited his father Don Diamont’s good looks and we’re sure he could always fall back on a soap opera career.  Did you know that Don Diamont’s son was such a big deal in college football?  Share your thoughts in the comments below!

Awesome job against Ohio State! Penn State is my home and have always supported them. But, I’m sorry an injury kept you off the field mid-way. Penn State plays the Buckeye’s this coming Saturday so I will be supporting Penn State while thinking of you and your recovery! Ohio State may be the number one ceded team, but your alma mater is extremely proud of you! Way to go! That’s an awesome career recognition!
