‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ News: Casting Call for Transgender Actor or Actress – Another Transgender Character on the Way

He or she will begin shooting on April 7 and will be featured in four episodes with the possibility of more in the future. The character is described as “a strong, confident person who’s completed their transition and is mentoring other trans people.”

Perhaps Bradley Bell, the executive producer of “The Bold and the Beautiful,” is trying to settle down fans that have complained about authenticity. However, it’s a risky move since conservative viewers already threatened to boycott after Maya’s reveal. Karla Mosley is simply playing the part, but there have been some fans who object to the idea in general. How will those same fans react when an actual transgender actor or actress is brought in? It may not go over as well as Bell hoped. There’s also the issue of pleasing the members of the LGBT community. If Maya and the new character aren’t portrayed correctly in their eyes, it could mean bad news for “The Bold and the Beautiful.” If no one supports these storylines, then the ratings could take a huge hit.
