‘Days Of Our Lives’ News: All My Children Alum Sal Stowers Joins Cast Of DOOL

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease that another new face is headed to Salem this fall just in time for the NBC soap’s 50th anniversary celebration. According to DOOL spoilers from Michael Fairman Soaps, soap opera actress Sal Stowers has been added to the “Days of Our Lives” cast. There is no news yet on who Stowers will be playing, or what her role will be in the Salem drama, but the actress will make her debut in September 2015.

Sal Stowers made a splash in the soap opera world on Prospect Place’s internet reboot of our beloved daytime drama “All My Children.” Stowers won AMC fans over with her portrayal of Cassandra Foster – the adopted daughter of Debbi Morgan’s character Angie Hubbard. During her stint on the reboot of “All My Children,” Stowers’ character Cassandra was involved in a gritty storyline involving a sex-trafficking ring.
If you didn’t tune in to “All My Children,” then you may also recognize Sal from “America’s Next Top Model,” where she took home the first place trophy in Season 9. Stowers’ acting credits also include some popular TV shows like “Ugly Betty,” “Major Crimes,” “Switched At Birth,” and “The Exes.”
